OUR POLICIES

All visitors and members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Overlaps are dealt with before being accepted to the team.  Changing companies or industries may result in your seat being forfeited if it creates a conflict with another member on the team.

We want dedicated team members. 

If you cannot attend, you are expected to send a substitute to represent your business and your seat in your absence.

If your substitutes attend more that you, your seat may be forfeited.

Members should only be a member of one closed networking group.  This does not include chamber meberships.  Exceptions may be made if other groups meet very infrequently.

Only members may do in depth speaker presentations.

Members are expected to provide the quality of services at the prices they have quoted.

Members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and respect all other team members, referrals, and guests.

If a team member is given a referral, the team member is expected to follow up with the referral in a timely and professional manner unless agreed upon otherwise. 

Team members are expected to maintain a positive attitude and build positive healthy relationships with other team members and guests.

The goal is only to cover our costs; conference room, coffee, snacks, web site, etc.

 Bad behavior, inappropriate communications, or other unethical conduct.
